I loved this location. We got a beach site for a week and we could not have been happier. You’ll need to get a golf cart to get around unless you don’t mind walking to the pool etc . We rented from a 3rd party that came out to deliver. (Pretty hefty price but worth it) the pools were clean, no problem with the arcade like others mentioned. There are plenty of options to eat if you don’t feel like grilling. We are at the restaurant twice, it was ok. If you’re with kids, pay attention to the kids menu- it’s not fresh food meaning microwaved burgers, frozen Pizza but the other food was good. We also had breakfast at the food truck by the beach and that was good too. Free coffee refills which are great for me! The beach is rough on the feet so bring water shoes. We had a good time overall.

This is not a place for babies or children with a bed time. I’m not sure if they even have quiet hours because people are yelling and blasting extremely loud music past midnight. It’s a very busy place with traffic going all night long. The amount of traffic late at night is like nothing we’ve ever seen at a campground. There was a woman in the group next to us who shouted and whooped at every person who went by and with a four month old trying to sleep it was a very anxiety ridden weekend. Staff don’t tell people to keep quiet late at night. It’s just a party scene so if that’s what you’re looking for or your child free you may not mind. The campground itself is very nice. Seasonal sites are really cute and there are lots of amenities and the beach is nice. But as camping is supposed to be a relaxing time away, quiet hours should be observed and enforced.

One of the worst customer services I have ever experienced. The employees at the front desk are just rude. We rented a deluxe cabin on the bluff and it was suppose to have a pull-out couch and didn’t. We needed the pull out couch for our stay, and we didn’t get what we payed for and we were just ignored and treated poorly when asked for help. I called and was told I would get called back and never did. I was respectable, patient and never raised my voice and Evelyn at the front desk HUNG UP on me. The first night we only had 4 staying but have two young kids and wanted them to have the two rooms and me and my husband wanted to stay on the pull out couch. When I called to explain all they cared about was how many people were staying. I payed for the cabin with the pull out couch, I don’t care if it was just me and it was missing, it’s something I paid for. I was told I’d get a call back and never did. The next day I had my mother down on the reservation, my father ended up coming with her, he went to the front desk and told them he would be there for the night too and they got him checked in no problem at the time but now they’re trying to use it against me to not help with any type of compensation saying I had more people then on the original reservation. We did the right thing and had the extra person go to the office. The people at the front desk are horribly rude and take no responsibility for their mistakes.
