I was told I had a pull thru site, but no way a big rig could pull thru with a cabin and firepits in front of site. The people behind us were very loud and had well over 10 people between the rv, deck and all the tents behind us. The office just let's the long timers do whatever. I had to back up and people wouldn't move their cars that were parked everywhere that were all staying at this one rv spot behind me that had tents all around it in an rv spot. The sewage was backed up and got all in my site and soaked my shoes walking through it. The cabin and bathrooms were also backed up. Maintenance man was very verbal and rude when approached. We were told upon arrival that people were having trouble dumping their tanks and we could use the dumping station. Roads to come in were very narrow going up hill with a big drop if you go off the road. Would not stay ever again.

Wonderful little campground tucked away and very convenient to Bryson City. Nantahala Outdoor Center is about 20 mins away. The kids played in the creek all weekend. All the tent spots seem very level. We rented 1 of the cabins as well which had AC and was very clean. I was very impressed with how clean the bathhouse was. The only cons I can say is that if it rains alot, it can get very muddy in some areas which is expected. You have to pay attention to where you drive your vehicle or you could get stuck or be spinning. Also, the road to get to the campground is very winding and it seemed to be a pretty busy road so you want to slow down and pay attention when going around curves. Overall, one of my favorite camp spots.

Great little campground with a friendly staff. If you've never traveled off the beaten path with your truck and camper, be prepared for some fun narrow road to get there. If you can drive, you'll be fine. Clean bath house and just a peaceful camp ground.

My husband and I stayed over the weekend. Staff was nice. Campground was quaint. The bathrooms were clean. We got a spot right by the creek. It was so peaceful. We will be back for sure!

I've been here twice now and plan to keep coming back. Carol and Susan are amazing and make you feel right at home. Carol helped us pick out the best site (62). Really enjoyed hearing the creek in the background. Bathrooms and showers are always clean.
