We offer full hook-up sites as well as water and electric only sites, and for a more rustic camping experience or for our tent campers, our sites up on the ridge look out over a valley where the views are unmatched. We have cabins that are available in a variety of sizes and with differing amenities, ensuring we have the perfect spot that meets each family or group’s needs. Enjoy the many mountain views, our signature hidden creek, and come fish our stocked lake. Let loose with our many forms of onsite entertainment, featuring a pool complex, hillside waterslide, playground, arcade, mini-golf, gem-mining, and more. WOW! What a change in atmosphere for this place. After our last visit two years ago, before new management took over, we swore to never come back due to the rudeness of the office lady, our rented golf cart given away even after we had deposit on it for 6 weeks prior, there were kids running the place not adults (that were not responsible) enough to be doing so. NOW!!!! Spacious skies- Hidden creek office staff were super friendly, helpful, patient, and WELL organized. Crystal was amazing during. Check in, while we were there and as we were leaving. The drive is now paved up the mountain, so no more dust, the pond was well maintained and the activities were good. All of the staff were appreciative of having campers there and you could feel that. Complete 180 in our opinion
We just left Spacious Skies Hidden Creek campground. We had the most amazing time. We went for a mama/sisters weekend. It was the perfect place. We had so much fun. We rented a golf cart which was nice for riding around the campground. Crystal was great and helped us out so much! We felt safe, had a great view and lots of laughs. We couldn't have asked for a better weekend or place. We were able to use the wifi with no problem when needed, but who wants to be on their phones when you're enjoying the views and the company you're with. Thank you again Crystal and Jodi for everything you do to make sure your campers have a great stay! We'll definitely be back.

We stayed at Hidden Creek in Marion NC for almost 2 months this winter. All amenities worked fine and the quiet of the campground was very relaxing. We loved the ducks. I may stay there again this summer with family. The staff was very accommodating for our needs and the bathrooms and laundry room were clean.
I have camped at a lot of campgrounds and this was one of my absolute favorite! It is clean, safe and so family friendly. There was no obnoxious people, the staff was above and beyond! Jody and Crystal were very helpful and their customer service was above and beyond. We had the best mother daughter weekend and wished that we could have stayed longer. Will definitely be back. Every camper was fun and friendly.
I can't say enough about the WONDERFUL time I am having here. I came for 2 weeks in mid October and I am here still on new years day! I love my campsite and my view of the mountains.
Some of my kids and their kids have come to visit me twice. Once for Thanksgiving and this past weekend again. I rented 2 of the cabins this time and one last time. The cabins are clean and perfect for a peaceful get away or an active on the go clan like mine. Bring your own linens. They don't have linen service and your own hygiene products, but anything else you could want is there. Dishes, pots, pans, silverware & full kitchen.
All of the kids had a great time just doing stuff here in the park. The jumping pillow I think was their favorite but they had fun in the canoes and playing putt putt golf. I think they also got every toy from the arcade game too.
We went up to Beech mountain and it snowed for us! It was a little over an hour drive and so worth it.
Most of all I have to praise the staff!!! Crystal, in the office, and Devin, the manager, both went above and beyond to be sure my family and I had every single thing we needed. They were even going to hook up two of the cabins that were being moved to new locations, just so my family could stay here again and not have to go to a hotel. Another cabin came open at the last minute so they didn't have to hook up the other cabins after all but they were going to and that says everything about them!! I thank them from the bottom of my heart ❤️.
The management is always working to improve things. I haven't had any complaints at all.
I will have to go home at some point, but i will be back, you can count on that!
