Tent campsites directly overlooking Jonathan Creek, with an expansive view of the Smokies. Lovely welcoming community of RV mostly residents. Bath house is clean and well maintained. Check in was fast and friendly.

TEN STARS!

Did the tent site with electric. It's close to the dog park, so you have a lot of people walking by. Quite a few permanent residents. Mainly older people, but it's a nice place. The bathrooms and showers are in need of TLC. There's ceiling tiles half out for the women's side anyway. And if you're tall, Im 5'9, you have to bend those knees to get under the shower head. It's also right off the 4lane so the traffic can wake you at times.

We stayed here one night with our Class A. It was definitely not class A friendly. The trees hung way too low. They had a spot for us, but we were right on top of other campers. The back of the camper is for permanent residents, and it is very nice and well kept. The stream is beautiful.

For 1 night it was ok but I wouldn't plan vacation here because of the small spaces.

Stopped here for one night on our way to Florida. Very nice staff, easy check in and out. Great price for a 50 amp, full hook up pull thru.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay here. Easy access to Smoky Mountain National Park as well as Asheville and the surrounding area. Staff was pleasant. Neighbors were friendly. Dog park was great! Nice creek running through the back of the campground. Well maintained laundry room on site. Hoping to visit again next fall.
