We recently spent one night at this campground back in August. We were passing through Asheville pulling our camper five hours from home. We had a breakdown with our truck and had to have it towed somewhere and worked on overnight. We reached out to this campground, and they were able to give us a spot for the night and just treated us very kindly. We were even given a discount because we were in such a desperate situation. We really appreciate their kindness!! The view from our site was not too shabby either!!

This is a decent RV park! The lots are paved and relatively level, full hookups. The staff is accommodating and helpful. We never used the bathrooms or laundry, so can’t comment on that. The club house is super dated and seems pretty useless unless you need a large place to hang out with a group. It’s unfortunate that city laws don’t allow fires on the ground, but that’s not the park’s fault. Location is good, nice views & near main attractions like the biltmore and pisgah forest. I would recommend!

AWFUL!! We stayed there 1 day and left with disappointment. The attendant was helpful and after explaining our disappointment returned our reservation fee/stay excluding one night stay. This was in November 2, 2020 and I am organizing a journal recently and came across the notes in book.

The spaces are quite tightly packed together, requiring some skill in maneuvering your rig, especially since they are all back-in sites. However, the views of the Fall leaves are beautiful. We didn't use the available amenities, so I can't provide any feedback on those. On the plus side, the location is conveniently situated for accessing various destinations in Asheville.

Convenient to downtown Asheville. Spots are pretty tight together, but many have trees.

And one side has a nice view of the hills.

Official dog park is nothing to brag about. But there are other areas where you can throw the ball to your pop unofficially.
