Campsite: Asheville's Bear Creek RV Park & Campground

The spaces are quite tightly packed together, requiring some skill in maneuvering your rig, especially since they are all back-in sites. However, the views of the Fall leaves are beautiful. We didn't use the available amenities, so I can't provide any feedback on those. On the plus side, the location is conveniently situated for accessing various destinations in Asheville.

Campsite: Grand Plateau RV Resort

We stayed here for six nights and found it to be conveniently located to the town of Kanab. The large gravel dog park was a highlight for us, and we greatly enjoyed our time spent there with our two dogs. The premises were clean, and the laundry room was great. The views were stunning, and the staff were friendly. Additionally, visiting Zion and Bryce was convenient and included beautiful drives, with our travel staying within one and a half hours in each direction.

Campsite: Mountain Valley RV Resort

We have nothing but good things to say about this RV resort, having enjoyed every moment of our three-night stay towards the end of September. From the kind staff at check-in to secure in/out gate access that provided an added sense of safety, every part of our time here was delightful. The community of Heber City is charming, complete with all necessities, and is conveniently located less than an hour from Salt Lake City and about 25 minutes from Park City.

The resort's pavement and concrete are well-maintained, and the grass areas are immaculate. The large dog park in the adult-only section is the best we've encountered, with vast, pristine grassy areas. We appreciated the calm of the adult-only section, but the family area, too, seemed enjoyable and well-maintained, offering movies on the grass and food trucks.

Despite a large number of visitors, the atmosphere remained pleasant. The laundry facilities were clean and user-friendly, and the amenities and space were very generous. I regret not utilizing the fitness space available in the adult-only section and the pickle ball courts. Encircled by mountains, the resort was a true delight, and we eagerly anticipate our return! Well worth every penny.

Campsite: Peter Ds RV Park

We spent one night at this location in our 38-foot Class A motorhome, accompanied by our two dogs and with a tow vehicle. We arrived late and departed early since we were just in transit to another destination. The process for checking in after hours was seamless and expedient. We greatly appreciated the well-maintained grass and the size of the dog park, as it allowed our dogs to expend some energy before we resumed our journey without getting filthy in mud/dirt. Our stay was in mid-August, and the grass at each site was lush and well-maintained.
