Camp along the cool, clear Pigeon River, watch the sun set behind Cold Mountain and enjoy our evening camp fire. Get to know some of the best people you will ever find...your fellow motorcyclists.
Camp in Cabins
There are 18 furnished and heated cabins in the campground. Some have 2 twins while others are queen beds. Please call for cabin reservations. Weekends are two-night minimum.
We are located in the Western North Carolina mountains just south of Cruso. Take the Waynesville Exit off of I-40 or US-23 and head south on US-276. Look for our sign on 276.
Great place to stay for motorcycle camping. Very clean facilities. Plenty of well maintained grass area for camping. They have WiFi, and a nice area for hanging out, charging phones, whatever. They serve breakfast and dinner for reasonable prices. Friendly staff.
Fantastic campsite if you are looking to avoid major national forest campsites like Mt Pisgah. Had plenty of space for groups as well. You also do not need a motorcycle to stay. Great access to nearby hiking trails!
This place is just awesome! Very well maintained facilities, and the owners (family owned and operated) are so friendly. Jesse the camp host is amazing! Was on a week long motorcycle trip and stayed there our first two nights. For our last night, we made a point of going back because we knew it'd be a great last night. I simply can't say enough for this place! So lucky to have found it, and will return!
It's along the Blue Ridge Parkway. It's for Motorcycle camping. Lots of spots for tent set up. Lots of small cabins to stay in. Showers. If you like camping from your Motorcycle. You will love this spot. They have a group fire at night and people gather round and talk. It's ok to have a beer if you like.
I would come back here again the beds had memory foam on them slept very well however the heater in the room did not work got a little chilly at night. The bath house for the female side needs to be redone ,cleaned,the shower head was rusted the water coming out smelt rusted but I had not had a shower in 2 days so it still felt good to me. Make sure you have flip flops to wear in the shower luckily I did. This shower is the only thing I would have changed The rest of the campground is really nice the owner is really nice and we will probably come back here again.
