We stayed here in June 17'. What a QUIET park, we got right on the water. NICE pool. Yes there are long timers there but all we talked to were nice. I took my jet ski and launched it right there from the bank. This will now be our go to park for downtime.

Stayed here again Dec 28. Still nice and quite at usu. Caught some good catfish off the bank.

Have not been here very long but so far, the park looks very nice and is clean and well maintained. People in the office are nice and very helpful. Their pool is clean and park is quiet but not too far from town. Good fishing too! Prices are reasonable, especially having lake access sites. Note for long-term campers: missing a few amenities such as laundry services but there are places near by to go. There is no mail delivery here although you can receive packages at the office for pick up. I would recommend this park to all of my friends. Haven't had to worry about a thing since I got here.

Update- At the time I departed from this park they had recent new owners. The new owner was very rude and unreasonable. I had paid a $200 deposit on the electric and although my bill had been paid in full he refused to return my refundable deposit stating they no longer kept the old files so he was limiting refunds to $25 even though i showed him my receipt of the full deposit. This dispute went on for a couple of days until I pulled out (meanwhile he threatened to “evict” me when i never did anything wrong, kept a clean lot, had rent automatically deducted so was never late and never had any complaints). It’s sad that the new owner put such a dark cloud over an otherwise decent stay.

Great spot right on the lake. Nice and quiet, easy hook ups and most spots have a lake view well-maintained and I love the pool!

Anthony and Kyle make this place what is; a quiet RV park with a good view (waterfront) good staff, decent pool and amenities. Everything they have done for me living here for two years, outweighs any of the minor improvements that could be made here. No place is perfect, but this is the best oneI have found! Keep up the good work!

If you are staying monthly, take pictures of your electric meter to keep track of usage. And if you pay in cash make sure you keep your receipt because each and every time I have paid in cash they have lost the payment and they have not logged it into their books. (Over 5 different times.) and when you present the receipt they will add late fees on to previous months. And then when you ask how they can charge a late fee on payments that were made 20days before due date they have no explanation. But they have to do something to make up for the money they lost. Oh and they ask for a 200$ deposit for electricity at move in. And say that they will refund what is not used after you move out. But if they read the meter on 23 and your move out is the 21 then it’s not possible to use that much. And they have shown me time and time again that they are not ever gonna be honest about money that I have given them. YOU CAN NOT CHARGE LATE FEES when #1 payments are early and when the people that work for you say you have never been charged a late fee until they can’t find the cash payments. And if someone wants to make payments at800-900$ a month they have better options! And that’s saying that I used 400$ in electricity which is false! Not possible when I work 80 hrs a week and nothing is on. The meter isn’t moving.
