WiFi works great but you have to sign into it every 24 hours. Don't drink the water!!!!! Only good for washing dishes and showering. Under new ownership and they are working hard to fix the previous owners unfixed issues. Definitely cleaning it up though.
Excellent storage lot with 24 hr, gated, electronic access, security cameras, covered parking and good lighting. RV store is very knowledgable on RV operation, spare parts and supplies. And while you’re there the Fish Pond has excellent food and portions that wont leave you asking for 2nd’s. Ate there for the first time yesterday, don’t know how I’ve lived in the area for 4 years and missed it.
Quiet and safe place to live. Manager is very nice and friendly and helpful.Front waterfall is very beautiful and serene. You wake up with the birds singing. What a beautiful sound to wake up to. Very spacious spots for your RV. Clean showers and laundry room. I love it here. I feel blessed to find a new place to start over.
John at Convenience RV came to our aid!! We called him because our AC in our Casita wasn’t cooling properly. He said if we could get to their shop by 2:00 pm they would check it out. Unfortunately, it was beyond repair. By 3:00 pm we were pulling out with a brand new AC installed!!! This one is 13,500 BTU compared to 9,000 of the old one, so we’re staying very cool and comfortable now in our Casita. The two employees that removed/installed the AC’s were extremely courteous and professional. We will definitely recommend Convenience RV to all our friends.
Lost the bottom panel on my slide out due to a breakdown of one of the leafsprings. Dealt with Nick Cooper in service to get it replaced. Very pleased with the repairs. When I picked it up, the landing jacks weren't working right and Nick troubleshot the problem, replaced a faulty breaker and got us going again. Thanks again Nick!!!
