I’ve stayed here long term and short term, great park on the water with reasonable rates and great customer service. Always easy to book a spot! I’ll keep coming back!

Been living here about 2 months now. The owner Valerie is an absolute angel. The bathrooms are clean, the pool is lovely, the waterfront view is wonderful. The laundry room even has an iron and ironing board we can use and there's an app we can use instead of needing quarters. I love it here.

I parked my destination model RV here about 18 months. I looked around at other parks south/southeast of Houston but north of Galveston, and this was by far the nicest one based on my preference. The size of the concrete sites is absolutely huge! Plenty of room for your RV, maybe two vehicles and even a boat! So many of the other area parks just have sites crammed together. This place has breathing room.

It is definitely secluded and quiet, but both League City and Texas City are close by for shopping and other needs. It feels very safe and I never experienced or heard of any issues. Having the open view out across Dickinson Bayou makes it an attractive, relaxing setting. Most tenants seemed to mostly keep to themselves, but those I interacted with were pleasant and willing to offer a hand if needed.

As others have said, the owner is wonderful and from day one tends to treat everyone as friends/family. She has a great personality and is a pleasure to deal with. Her resident "jack of all trades" helper is also very friendly and helpful. I really hated to leave, but I needed to be north of Houston for personal reasons.

We recently moved in as “full timers” and we absolutely love this place. So far so good. Beautiful views, super friendly people and neighbors. Valerieann is a gem and takes pride in her park. Very quiet surroundings. Each space is very large and lots of room between RV’s. 5 out of 5 for us!!

We stayed at Marquee on the Bay RV Resort for the first week of February. This park is conveniently situated between Houston and Galveston, making it a short drive to both locations, without paying the higher costs to stay in either of those locations. The park is surrounded on 3 sides by the beautiful bayou. All roads in the park are paved and every site has level cement parking and a cement pad. Plenty of room for our 45' coach and tow. Valerieann, the owner, is friendly, helpful and just an all around good person. Though many of the sites are occupied by semi/permanent folks, all the sites were orderly and the people were friendly and welcoming. We would highly recommend this RV Resort. Also recommend Top Water Grill and Pier 6 restaurants for great seafood and views. $6 a dozen raw gulf oysters at Pier 6 were delicious!
