The RV park is very well located to reach Galveston, NASA Space Center or Houston. Facilities are immaculate. Very personable staff. Kimberly in particular took excellent care of our concerns and was pragmatic in finding great solutions for us.

I absolutely loved staying here. the manager, Kim, was always so friendly, accessible, and helpful. The pool was my favorite of all the parks I’ve stayed before, always clean and never crowded. A big perk was the park right down the road within walking distance. Although there is no formal dog park, the park has a fenced in baseball field that is never used, so that was plenty of room for me to securely let my dog run off-leash everyday. Also convenient, was the fact that the front office doubles as a service center, so you can easily arrange for repairs to be made if needed during your stay. I had a propane leak and they had it fixed up in a couple days! Overall, a great stay.

Restrictions, Restrictions, Restrictions but clean. Often loss of water so we have to keep our holding tank full at all times and Wifi isn't all that fantastic inside of our camper. We stayed several weeks because my husband was working at Marathon for a while. We extended our stay for another week for $300 when the month was $600. On top of the price, we told them we would pay with a different card but they went ahead and used the card we had on file. That threw our checking account in a hot mess. Dogs can't be outside on a leash unattended. No fire pits available, small pad to park vehicles, very small space between campsites, tractors moving campers around the majority of the week but we're not allowed to to make noise more than 5 minutes per their 10 pages of Rules and Regulations they hand you upon arrival. You have to summit photos during your booking because anything over their 10 year old rule isn't allowed. Yes, I did edit this review and added extra because I originally gave a 3 star and hurt some feelings because I gave my opinion nicely. Now, I honestly don't care. Mill workers and plant workers makes are what makes the Towns around. We will stay in a hotel before staying here again. There's a park directly behind them that doesn't have all the rules and regulations that actually allows you to have a cookout with family and friends while listening to music. This isn't a camp ground, this is a retirement ground.

We sold our house in March 2022, discovered Oasis RV Resort (Ron Hover RV Dealership) in La Marque, Texas. We stay until we moved into our new place in Galveston in late July (4 Months) The resort has plenty of space to accommodate large rigs with ease. It has a nice pool and is most of the time not crowded. It’s quite, clean, and safe. The laundry room, and rest room is always clean and tidy. Kim H., the manager is definitely the key element in making this resort worth it. She is friendly, professional, and attentive to the needs of all staying there. Weather visiting for a weekend or plan to stay awhile you won’t go wrong. It’s 10 minutes from Galveston making it a great stop! Houston is just 30 miles to the North. One last thing, one would think that an RV Resort and dealership might be unconventional, but we never noticed it even being there.
