Tammy is a gem!! We showed up to rent a Tiny house that was filthy. She cleaned it instead of making us wait for the people who were supposed to clean it in the first place. She is a sweet lady who did a job that wasn't hers to do. Lady of integrity unlike the man who manages of the Tiny Houses.

Do not use AirBNB houses that John rents. He does not care about any of the issues. We spent our first night on the deck and sitting on the tailgate of our truck while Tammy cleaned. Remember, Tammy does not work for John!!

This park is amazing to sit and have a relaxing weekend with your family at. DO NOT stay in any property for Airbnb that John owns. He does not take care of his renters. However the owners of the property like Tammy and her family are absolutely amazing!! My sister and I loved staying on their property. They are more than willing to help at anytime and are very friendly. They go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect for your stay even though the Airbnb owner makes it very difficult.

I've been staying here for 9 months and I absolutely love it. The park is gorgeous (as any park you would find in Willis) and close to the interstate, but just far enough away that you can't hear the traffic noise. I'm not sure who owns the place, but Tammy and her husband, as well as her daughter take care of everything that needs to be taken care of. Collecting payments, mowing, and picking up trash. All you have to do is set your trash out by the road and they pick it up. They also have a laundry room and showers. Very low price for the area and quality of the park.

I would advise Not to rent this airbnb!!!!!! Everything about this tiny home was wrong. And the host of this airbnb had so many rules and regulations. Now don't get wrong I have stayed at plenty of airbnbs that had their rules and regulations but this one was by far the most ridiculous. One rule for example was if you lost the manuel host was going to charge you 100.00. Another rule if you misplaced the remotes host would charge you 25.00. On top of a cleaning fee if you don't clean everything the host will charge an extra 500.00. And we did not get any of these rules and regulations till after we rented the airbnb for just 1 night. I definitely will not be staying at the airbnb again and I will make sure everyone knows about how horrible this host is. It's sad that I had to take pics and video just to make sure I am not charged anything extra.

I love it here... The peace and quiet... The little pond... The manager in the office and her sweet daughter were ever so helpful... There are plenty of spots open over here... We are right down the road from town... Very secluded.... You cant here the traffic from the highway....
