From jct US 190 & US 59: Go 8-1/2 mi N on US 59, then 1/4 mi E on Hwy 942.
Quiet RV park only 1/2 mile off of the highway. Great prices. Full hook ups. Friendly owners. Would stay here again.
Everyone was so very nice, it was clean and quiet. Close to convince store, but out of town jest enough to make you feel like you were way out in the woods. New showers and game room with workout center, good place to go even if it is just for the weekend.
Normally, I like to book ahead and don’t give any consideration to RV parks that don’t have a website. However, when the park we’d planned to stay in turned our to be a disappointing dud, we traveled on down the road to Eagles Rest.
Although the spots are just gravel, the park had lots of open spots, was surrounded by trees, and several of the spots also included trees. It is far enough from the road to be very quiet, and the owner graciously welcomed me.
We didn’t use the showers or laundry, but I was told that there is a community room that has cable TV. The spots themselves don’t have cable.
For a night on the road, after a long day’s drive, it was perfect!
I will never stay here again tha man and the women running this place is a joke and very rude and they both have foul mouths that are drunk every night and dope heads do not waste your money staying at this joke of a place
