Hey there! I just wanted to say THANK YOU to the NEW owner's!! Now, animals under 30 lbs can be accepted on a case by case basis! My mom and I struggle with depression a lot and I am definitely a home body. We were able to bring a puppy home as long as we keep the area clean and pick up after said puppy.
At first I considered moving to another location because of cost of rent, but the price is well worth it to have fur children to snuggle up to.
I didn't really know the other owners, but I know that now the owners are okay with pet's and I love fur babies 🥰
I think I cried like a small child for hours because of joy when they accepted our ability to have little floofy choncksters.
I also really like management now. Before it was really hard to get ahold of someone, and now you at least feel "heard" even if you don't like the answer. They have really great people skills and overall, I feel better about calling myself "at home".
The residents here are super quiet, but if you need help, most of the time people can help at least point you in the right direction. I am very grateful for this place!

Bigoted staff and ZERO amenities other then restricted use of WIFI that is often down
As most Parks rent is only month to month, locating a much nicer park with resort style amenities has made this move a blessing
This place is a joke, fertilizer and manure smell is so bad.if you have breathing problems, this is terrible.not counting the fly's...like Amityville horror.angela is the worst manger and doesn't have a clue how to run that place....soooo glad we moved.BEWARE!!!!!
