Some reviews are wrong. There is cable TV and wifi. Some spots are close together but some are nicer. No flooding during storms. It has a laundry facility that's not air conditioned but it works fine. The office people have been very nice. I live here fulltime and my only complaint is no pool. I would recommend this place because its quiet and close to stores. If you are looking for a resort then go find one. This is a good non resort rv park. Plenty of concrete area and well lit at night. But if you dont want anything stolen dont worry unless you have something expensive. Just lock it up. I have not had any problems. The only reason I dont give it 5 stars is because of no pool. I think the price is what it is because this place is always full of campers. You are lucky to get a spot.

Great place to RV camp. There are concrete pavement pads. The owner personally helped us hook up our utilities to our Trailer. Owner is an American Patriot too. He loves our country like we do. 🙂🇺🇸

I've been living here for over a year cuz of work. Nice place. Quiet. No problems with neighbors. Everyone is very respectful. Owners are nice. Free internet sucks though. U have to pay an extra $20 a month if u want good internet service.

I did not stay here. One reason is price online is $30-40 at night. After sending an inquiry about reservation via email, I did not get a response. So I called, was put on hold, then told $50 a night. I have a 30ft t.t. He said it was more because of size?!!!? I have worked as camphost for many years. That is considered an average size. To most people, small. This is not american owned

Lot rent + electric. Can't wash my car, or camper. Laundry room is not maintained and the indoor ones may not be available for camper folks. Staff is friendly and curious. People sometimes pick up after their dogs r your stuck with poop on your shoes. Very quiet but traffic rolls through like an interstate. Will be turning the people in. We have children and full throttle is not 10mph. Its affordable and easy access to the necessary stores. Rain causes flooding so if you're planning a long stay, pick left side. Your not getting a luxury resort but it's been extremely pleasant for our family.
