From jct US 190 & US 59 :Go 8 mi S on US 59, then 3/4 mi E on FM 2665.
I’ve been at this park for a month and have really enjoyed it. Tedd is great and the neighbors are very nice. He has help me several times on things I would consider out of his realm of responsibilities! I Love that I can put a small fence outside of my camper for my dogs! Highly recommended!
We stayed here for two months while waiting on our new home to be completed. Quiet park with full hookups & trees in the back. Our spot was like camping in the woods. Tedd the manager was very accommodating and friendly. On site laundry was expensive so we did laundry at the relatives. Bathrooms were clean although we never used those facilities. Overall a great place to stay.
We have stayed here several times and are now staying for three months. The park is super clean and quiet. Ted, the owner, is an awesome host and always accommodating. Also the park is very dog and child friendly. Plus, there is a brand new H‑E‑B opening up down the street!
We stayed in Magnolia Fields twice so far last winter and we've just booked another two stays. The park is super nice and clean and Tedd (the owner/manager) is awesome, friendly and very accommodating! The location is also perfect for us.
We stayed here for about 5 months and we loved it! Super clean, quiet, the most friendly neighbors, and the owner Ted was the best! If you need anything at all, Ted is always there to help! The rates were the best in the area and a great location! 10/10 recommend!
