At Spoonbill RV park they have a very friendly staff felt just like family, they make you feel right at home. This RV park has a nice area to fish, campsites are clean. We had a very nice peacefull week there, I caught my first fish, a black drum (wearing red), we caught several of them, others caught other kind of fish I'm new to the fishing game so this was a pretty exciting experience for me and my husband we can't wait to go again to relax, do some more fishing, and enjoy the view.

This is a awesome quiet place. The owners are very nice and very helpful. The park is out in the middle of nowhere and right on the water. Camp, fish and enjoy the peaceful time.

Randomly stopped here when my other two stops near Galveston either sucked or where closed.

Fantastic surprise stop.. owners are great, site is fantastic. Love the grass, seawall, fishing, crabbing. Views are fantastic.

More of a fishing camp, which I love. No stores close by so bring yer stuffs. I'm off to Wally World to get fishing gear and crab pots...I'll be back for sure

Hidden Gem!

This small rv park is a really well kept secret. We found it by looking on Google Earth for fishing spots. They have 30/50 amp full hook ups, a long bulk head for fishing, three cleaning stations, boat ramp and a wonderful staff. If you are looking for a place to take the rv and do some serious fishing this place is for you. They have huge lights for night fishing as well. It is on the corner of the Trinity River and Galveston Bay.

The website is very outdated so that may be why they don’t get a lot of traffic but don’t let that deter you. This place is awesome. Very clean. Like if this review was helpful.

This is the best little hidden oasis! We did some great fishing here, and the staff and all tenates have wonderful hospitality. They keep frozen shrimp bait and ice on hand for you at a reasonable price. The views are wonderful and the fish are active here! Very clean park. The night sky here is the best to look at!

***This is NOT the place for you if you are looking for an all night party. This is a respectable establishment***
