Penitas is approximately 6 miles West of Mission on Expy 83. Park is located 1/4th mile South of Expy 83 on S Main across from Wal-Mart.
Quiet park. We have family living there and it is perfect for them.
Great place. The community here is half transient half permanent. Always a pleasure being here and thier RC track is second to none.
Love this park, small but that's what makes it so great. Great management, great people, lots of things to do, if your in the are try it out.
Jim the old guy who manages this place is a complete nut job, he likes to spy on residents and guests!
So be on the lookout for Jim as he's on the lookout for you. It's a good spot and prices for lot rentals are great, some full time residents and many winter Texans around.
Great park if you're traveling you can rent a space to park your RV or you can rent a trailer to stay all year long or during the winter or summer 🙂
