Park is nice, we stayed nearly a month wasn't the best place to work as a Park Host. Residents are delightful

Would never go back there, alot of nicer RV Parks in the area. Alot of grass burrs, small black bugs got into our motorhome still trying to get rid of them after leaving a week later.

I truly appreciate how much thought and time Gail put into giving us a lot (#70) with shade. Linda and Dave were welcoming and accommodating. The grounds are well kept. The pool is refreshing and clean. The machines in the laundry room are great! I feel safe due to the gate being code access only. It's surrounded by an orange grove, so I bet the fragrance is divine in spring. Very happy with my stay. Close to great restaurants, and South Padre is less than an hour away.

We stayed for 1 week. We were charged 1/3 more than the listed price. What happened? My non-confrontational son said, "Oh well," we still have to be here for 6 more days. people were not friendly at all. 2 people talked to us the whole week. We were told that since we weren't "full season" guests, we couldn't join in their activities. The first one to speak to us told neighbors nearby that we needed him to help park. We didn't ask him for help. I ended up having to go to the hospital in an ambulance. The next day, we were told not to leave our dog alone in the trailer. We have water, food and air conditioning. It was october. She doesn't bark or whine. She was fine. We were gone 3 hours. Nothing about "I hope you are OK." We will never stay there again. I do not recommend.

9 month stay caring for aging parents-staying permanent Wouldn't go anywhere else- Wonderful small, quiet privately owned park with phenomenal new management, so non of the overpriced, corporate drama filled stuff. Love the well secured /gated with code-so not a ton of high speed local traffic.

Super friendly staff, willing to accommodate our special needs. Residents are super kind and welcoming (I'm an introvert and they're respectful with that too) Watching out for each other. especially supportive of our elder parents helping to keep an eye on them and each other. Tons of cool activities! Beautifully well maintained grounds and pool area. 2x bath/shower/laundry houses. Laundry uses quarters or phone app which is awesome and convenient!

WiFi is great near the clubhouse but gets spotty as you get farther away which is typical

Prices are reasonable, competitive and mostly refundable within reason. Phones are staffed 24/7/365 in case of emergency.

Pool, 2 billiard tables, shuffleboard, pickleball, 1 mile park walking course, full rv hookups with space available for a shed and parking. Small pets welcome (2 max with small size limit-no noisy or aggressive)

Awesome place 5 stars
