The little old lady is real sweet but kinda sweet in her ways. Making biased assumptions about paying guest and their intentions... needless to say it's quite and friendly until you show up at 10pm and someone mentions suv and illegal activity she becomes rather accusatory and judgey...
We've been here almost a year and it's very pleasant. Big spaces for your camper, vehicles, grill, chairs etc. It's also quiet. Very big plus.
Quiet park with lots of Mesquite trees. Very nice laundry room and Dog park. Propane drop off and fill which is really nice. We plan to stay three months. Have been here 2 weeks so far and really enjoy it.
We came to Big Mesquite "just for the winter" over 13 months ago & haven't thought about leaving since, except to travel. We love that the sites are large and built like a community, not a parking lot. It's rural and quiet, the onsite management team is flexible, responsive & courteous and the neighbors are helpful & friendly. Good laundry room & huge dog park.
