No hot water in showers, most sewer connections need to be.dug up to find them. Mgt. non responsive to problems.

I am happy to report that we have new management. Many improvements have been made, and I have hope that there will be many more improvements.
I intend to stay here at Snow to Sun. I'm looking for a new home to be placed on a different site.
