We rented a park owned mobile home via telephone in July of 2013 for January 15 - April 15, however we were told we had to book for 4 months. Carolyn Fuller represented the park, we were led to believe it was a "good unit". It was, good and dirty, rotten floors, non working dryer, poorly working washer, poorly working A/C, leaky gas stove; prop the blue living room chair up against the wall so you don't tip over, make sure you have a cushion under the main cushion of the other chair so your knees don't scratch your ears, get help to get off the sofa, wash the blood off the bathroom wall, the grease out of the closet before hanging up your clothes, and make sure you have your own bedding, because the bedding provided was soiled, smelly and threadbare. Magic Valley is a small community, you get to meet lots of people, some who had the same issues with the units they had rented. The park provides lots of bingo etc. for those who care to participate. The neighbors were wonderful. Just don't expect all rentals to be good and if you are unhappy, be prepared to put up with it because management does not care!

Poor ownership and management. Yes, I live here full time, but only because it's a cheap place to live and only 6 miles to Mexico.

My wife and I rented a mobile home for the month of February 2022. The park is filled with amazing people who organize a huuge number of activities. Golf, pickleball, pool, shuffleboard, dances, entertainment and much more. The facility was wonderful with nice pool and hot tub. Great stay!
