A 55+ moble home park with a lot of rv sites catering to those wishing to spend the winter out of the cold. Staff was super friendly. Close to any shopping one could desire. Gated community so expect to punch in a gate code to enter. The park has plenty of entertainment options for those wishing to spend time socializing. Neighbors were super friendly. 40 or so TV channels with the antenna, 5G UC with T-moble. Sites are level, grass with a concrete patio. Rates are reasonable, I visited during high season, many guests from the upper mid west! I would not hesitate coming back!
We were there just there today on January 30 of 2023. Very nice. Very friendly people enjoyed playing room very professional a large area for recreation billiards swimming pool hot tub. Very very nice. I’m from Oklahoma City.
OK park, Mainly for winter Texans. If you fit in their click its ok. A Few nice people living there full time. Some people are not so nice, some are complete hypocrites. Constant problems with water. Price is ok.
We are Thousand Trails members, nice little park and very friendly residents. The staff was Awsome!! Thanks for a Great Stay!!!
