People are friendly and helpful. Spaces are reasonably spaced for an older place. Lots of outdoor activities available including nice public parks for families and pier for fishing. Lots of birds and other wildlife. Mostly over 50 crowd who come every winter and have lots of planned activities. Stays full during season. Need to make reservations well in advance.

We stayed a week in a spot that they assigned at the far end of the park, I thought, great! It will be quiet!! Not so much. Skeet shoot a few trailers down wasn't so bad...just popping during the day, but the sewer septic thing back there which made noise MOST of the time on/off/onnnn/off/onnnn...not bad during day or if your used to it, but is all I heard at night while trying to sleep. The shore was beautiful and a lot of flat surfaces everywhere to ride your bike. I took some beautiful pictures there. It was a reasonable rate for the week with passport America or Good Sam, I cant remember. It looks like there is plenty to do there, but we didn't look into any of it, we make our own fun. 😊 Oh the address in Google maps, WAY wrong, it has you try to turn right where there's a house near but no right turn, just keep going, when you see the little store where the road goes to the right, keep goin til you see the yellow and white sail/sign turn left. Cause it's hard to find places to turn around!!!

Staff and guests were all very helpful and friendly. Park is quiet and clean. Right on Baffin Bay, although we didn't fish there's a 500` lighted pier to fish off of. The fishing is suppose to be good. The only reason I gave it a four star because lack of a pool or tennis and pickleball courts. They have a small court by the office but no fencing around it. I guess it's a pickleball court. We would definitely stay there again even without a pool.

We used the Rec hall for a family reunion. It’s a really nice facility. We used it several years ago, and now it’s been remodeled. They did an awesome job on it. First class kitchen, ice machine, nice, clean restrooms. It’s within a real nice RV Park as well. Good fishing near by, as well as a couple of 1st class seafood restaurants.

Great place to winter at. Plenty of activities going on and friendly people. Right next to Baffin Bay if you like to fish and lots of wildlife around to see.
