Campsite: Ridgeview RV Resort

An older rv park with nice size sites. I had a 30 Amp full hook up, level, gravel site with a concrete patio. The lanes are paved but sitescall seem to be gravel. Other than one short palm tree the site is dull sun. Utilities hook ups are at back of site so needed to really stretch the sewer hose! Lots of maneuvering room for backing in. Gal in the registration office was super nice as was the grounds keepers. 5G with T-moble and a a bunch of TV channels on the aerial. Sam's club is half mile away. I did not visit club house. I would have no problem staying here in the future.

Campsite: Red Cloud RV Park

I stayed a week here. Smallish mom and pop park close to town. The park is right off the highway but very little traffic noise. The lanes are paved as are the pads to park on. The park has a clubhouse with pool, laundry, showers and wifi available. I had 5G with T-moble and 20 TV channels with the antenna. Park manager is sweet and friendly. There is plenty of room to maneuver however the sites are narrow. My neighbors awning nearly touched my slide. The park is quiet and neighbors seemed friendly enough. Rates are very reasonable. I would not hesitate staying here again.

Campsite: River Crossing — Garner State Park

The most modern park entrance I have encountered in any state park I've visited so far. As you enter the lobby, by the way be sure to have the license plate numbers handy for all vehicles, you will find a "take a number" machine, the place must get super busy!. Once I was buzzed through the locked door I found a row of reception windows. The gal who helped me was very friendly and efficient. Having pre registered my stay online getting into the park was a breeze.

Campsite: Galveston Island State Park

I spent a week here. Park is close to all Galveston has to offer, large rv pads, level and paved, covered table and a fire ring. Cell and TV reception are great. Easy access to the beach, clean restrooms with showers. The part of the park north of the main road has several miles of trails to stretch your legs on. Park staff was friendly and pleasant to deal with. I had a great visit!

Campsite: Encore Lakewood

A 55+ moble home park with a lot of rv sites catering to those wishing to spend the winter out of the cold. Staff was super friendly. Close to any shopping one could desire. Gated community so expect to punch in a gate code to enter. The park has plenty of entertainment options for those wishing to spend time socializing. Neighbors were super friendly. 40 or so TV channels with the antenna, 5G UC with T-moble. Sites are level, grass with a concrete patio. Rates are reasonable, I visited during high season, many guests from the upper mid west! I would not hesitate coming back!

Campsite: Auto-Inn Motel and RV Park

I spent 4 night here in my rv. Owner is super sweet and easy going. The rv park is on a hill all gravel and a bit crowded. However the park rather empty, end of season, so I was able to spread out a bit. Full hook ups and a pull through site. If fully occupied maneuvering might be a bit challenging. Clean showers with lots of hot water. Nice laundry on site. For entertainment you can watch the friendly deer and wild turkey. I would definatly return!
