We had booked to stay Easter weekend to visit family after reading the Google reviews. The person I booked with on the phone was very friendly. When we got there the park was clean and the trailers well kept, the pool clean. We did opt to not stay though because the park is directly next door to a bar with a band and none of these reviews state that. The site they assigned us backed up to the bar and listening to a band until late was not a fit for my family and I. I am not going to give a bad review because the park was clean and well maintained as stated in the reviews but I think people should know about the bar within feet of the sites and they can decide if that's a fit for them or not. Some people won't mind and would probably even head over to it but it wasn't a fit for us with young kids.

So far this is a really great site. The staff are more than willing to accommodate and help tenants at any time, and is a peaceful and quiet setting. The majority of the tenants are older and mature, so no worry of late night noise and partying. I would recommend this site to any of my friends, especially those who are working from out of town.

I stayed a week here. Smallish mom and pop park close to town. The park is right off the highway but very little traffic noise. The lanes are paved as are the pads to park on. The park has a clubhouse with pool, laundry, showers and wifi available. I had 5G with T-moble and 20 TV channels with the antenna. Park manager is sweet and friendly. There is plenty of room to maneuver however the sites are narrow. My neighbors awning nearly touched my slide. The park is quiet and neighbors seemed friendly enough. Rates are very reasonable. I would not hesitate staying here again.

Always helpful and eager to help when you have a situation that arises. Reta and Tina are very jovial and ready to assist. Park is clean and well maintained. Other renters a courteous and helpful. This is my second time here and recommend it to everyone, if you can find a spot. They are usually booked up.

My wife and I are riding bikes on Southern Tier route. Camping out here on Saturday evening. The park is great. Rita checked us in and was soooo helpful. Community center is awesome. Walked next door to honky tonk to grab a burger and beer. Talked our way in to not paying cover charge since just eating. Didn’t stay for the show but hearing it now sitting in our tent.
