My mother and father-in-law just moved in here and they love it. There's plenty of space and parking and it's really quiet even though the neighbors are really close it's private and everybody's kind of sticks to there selves. Pricing is reasonable and the access to 35 is great! Only 20 minutes from WinStar which is a plus. 10 minutes to Denton and Walmart. So it's ideal for someone trying to not spend a whole lot of money at a RV Park yet still have access to town I recommend this place to anybody who's looking to move to a RV Park. Megalitos is walking distance. They have great food there and a gas station is not too far away as well so yeah I rate this place five stars my wife and I love giving and visiting her parents there and we even considered once we get our RV to stay there for just a little bit

5 stars for what it is. Inexpensive. Great laundry room with a leave a book take a book shelf. Long term residents are very nice hard working people. Great neighbors. No restrictions on age or condition of vehicle as long as not park on grass. Spent nearly 2 months here. Slight noise from highway, train and truck yard next door but not a bother to us. Owner will answer phone right away. Not in office but a day or 2 a week. No reason to be. Very quick to address any concerns. Caretakers live on the property.

Great park, great people! My fiance and I have been staying here for about 4 months for his job, and we're so glad we found it. Jane is very sweet and accommodating and always a pleasure to speak with. The park is very well maintained with the land upkeep, and the laundry facilities were always spotless. The people who live here are all very kind and neighborly. All around a great place to stay! We're heading off soon but if we're ever in the area again we will definitely see if Jane has a spot available!

Quite and relaxing place to live. New to the RV life and I’m glad we found this place. Yes, she has rules. Yes, she expects you to follow them. I like that most about this place. No loud neighbors at all hours of the night. Everyone has been respectful to each other. The highway noise is evident that it’s close by but it doesn’t bother me at night with a fan going. There are trees on the property and at night it’s wonderful to be able to see the stars. Close enough to the city but far enough to enjoy the peaceful life.

We love it! Been here almost 4 months. Grounds are well kept. Nice sized & shaded lots. Room for both our vehicles. Green, grassy yards. Owner of the park, Jane, is a great lady. Pay your bill, keep your yard tidy, don't cause disturbances & don't let your dog poop in other people's yards & your good to go... Easy enough, and reasonable!
