One of their first rules is, no pets. Are you kidding me? No pets? At an RV park! I can't believe anybody even lives there. I didn't even have to ask about the rates.
Seems nice but there is a no pet rule? We own our OWN RV’s… but can’t have OUR pets live inside of them lol? That is weird to me… I will look elsewhere. Wouldn’t want to get kicked out over my kitty hanging out in the window.
Drove from Corpus for work because my mom was told they had availability when she called, get there and they had totally lied. My mom she’s former Army Military Police & wasn’t going to send her I’d through text message. I had 1st & 2nd months rent ready to pay which gave me enough time to work & stay on top of my lot rent! Their lost! . I had been texting myself and the entire time I was told they had place available. Note to someone looking for a RV lot! Please look somewhere nicer because I now understand why a background check is needed! A Chinese man racially profiled me (an army brat) and said i needed to complete a background which I had no problem to do and then said they were full when they clearly wasn’t, before I even had the chance to provide anything to him for the background . Stay away from this place at ALL cost!
Chinese man racially profiled my son and LIED claiming no spots when I called before and then 3 hrs after he left driving from Corpus for work! No pet policy?? What kind of rv park doesn’t have a pet policy (service animal) Do you research and run from this place. Houston has so many better rv park than this one!
