An older rv park with nice size sites. I had a 30 Amp full hook up, level, gravel site with a concrete patio. The lanes are paved but sitescall seem to be gravel. Other than one short palm tree the site is dull sun. Utilities hook ups are at back of site so needed to really stretch the sewer hose! Lots of maneuvering room for backing in. Gal in the registration office was super nice as was the grounds keepers. 5G with T-moble and a a bunch of TV channels on the aerial. Sam's club is half mile away. I did not visit club house. I would have no problem staying here in the future.
It's a well-kept RV park! Great views and nice but small pool and hot tub! We enjoyed our stay but didn't get to do many organized activities because it was closed to the end of the season and a lot of people were gone. We watched the airshow from the RV park!
*Note: this is an RV park, not a hotel.
We spent a week here in the middle part of April, 2023 -- right before the hotter weather of May. Beautiful time of year. Very convenient to Laughlin and Bullhead City. Lots to do and drives to take. This RV campground was very clean and neat. We didn't use it, but there was a nice laundry setup. The pool was also very nice...if it wasn't too windy. Ended up taking a drive on the backroad to Oatman -- beautiful wildflowers at this time of year. We evidently missed the poppies by a week or two. Enjoyed a relaxing drink each evening while watching the beautiful sunsets.
