Awesome place, the host took us in late. The spot was very easy to set up the trailer at. Will definitely be coming here again
This a really nice, clean, well maintained RV park. This pak used to be a lot busier, but management chased people away. Those people are no longer management, unfortunately are still in the park, though. It is convenient to Yuma, without being right in town, only 15 minutes from the Foothills. Wellton is a nice little town that has the necessities, grocery store, hardware store, gas stations, family Dollar, Mexican restaurant etc. The site rent is reasonable, they have a laundry area and a nice clubhouse open to anyone staying here that want to use it. We would love to see this park flourish again, as it has before, just don't know if it will happen with the previous management here, attempting to disrupt the current maintenance man. Bottom line, quiet, clean, reasonable rates.
We love this place. Nice, quiet, small-ish and pleasant setting. The trains are a bit challenging at times, but no worse than many other stops off the interstate. Trains seem to vary schedules. Nice folks, and good rates. Like the small town agricultural area. Plan to be back next year!
Yeah this place is pretty nice very spacious but the person "running" it just wants the $$$she ran off the camp host and is currently trying to run it from California. The last two months I's appalled she never did any cleaning or maintenance so the shower room/toilet was disgusting. And then closed all emenetys and gave no summer rates. Good luck
A lost gem in the desert. Not a resort type RV Park, no pool, spa, or message parlor. It's just a cozy, very affordable place to park & relax. Not overcrowded & the amenities they do offer, shower, laundry and rec building all are well kept
