From jct I-8 (exit 2) & US 95: Go 20 mi N on US 95, then 6-1/2 mi W on Yuma Proving Grounds Rd (at 2 big guns), then 1/2 mi N on campground road.

Feb/March 2023: Amazing surroundings of Mountains, Water, and Wildlife Conservation. Gated community with security guard. They'll let you in to go to the grocery store. There's a sign at the beginning of the road implying the "Hen House" Restaurant is located here! The lots have covered parking, it's amazing! A retiree/snowbird paradise!! I imagine this place is truly remarkable in the summertime! Pool (not heated right now).
You can only reside here 5 months/year....and pay for 12 months rent. Doesn't add up unless you own this place. AMF HSR.
