This park has had a lot of changes throughout this past year... However, with the new manager and within not even a month on the job.... look at the changes already taking place. This park has some of the VERY best deals during the summer as well as the winter. There is constant everyday socials taking place in this park.. And we are NOT JUST 55 years & older. Its a family park. Hot tub and pool room, tv room, full laundry facility, billiards, shuffleboard, happy hour! 😀😀 and GREAT PEOPLE. we also have daily, weekly, monthly rates. AND ALL PETS (Except horses & cows) are welcome in the park at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!! 24/7 on site management with a smile... COME TRY US OUT!!

There’s a lot of ambient noise in the area due to 2 airports within 5 miles, a busy main road with a lot of industrial traffic and a train track 1/4 mile away. But the atmosphere was laid back and I was able to get a spot last minute. The daily/ weekly rate was very reasonable.

New owners recently. The managers keep locking bathroom doors by 5pm, water shutting off daily almost by 6pm. Never had issue like that before they showed up. They are cleaning up the park but at who's expense. Can't even shower when I get off work. This is bs. And they take your rent without question.

Love this place. The manager Tom is great! He really shows how he cares about the park and the people that stay there. It is along a main Street so there is traffic noise, a marine air base near by and a train nearby as well, however this place has lots of friendliness to make up for any noise. The regular campers are extremely friendly and open to new campers. They are like family and they are very welcoming, made us feel part of the group immediately! They accept Passport America, which was great for us. Their prices are fair compared to the area. They accept pets. They have lots of activities that are open to all. If you like a family atmosphere, this is the place for you. The ONLY reason I gave this a 4 out of 5 was because of noise, otherwise love this place.
