We were here 01/21-04/21. The staff and residents were so friendly and helpful, we felt right at home.

During the winter freeze of 2021, we were without power for 5 days, everyone pitched in and made sure all were ok.

We actually worked there cleaning the facilities, Walt and Sherry are great to work with. The resort is close to beaches, Mexico, may history points and flea markets, you will love 💕💕 it there.

We stayed for a week at the wonderful Fig Tree RV Resort. The grounds are well kept, the pool and spa are wonderful (and seldom used). We really enjoyed the library. Overall, was a great place to spend some time. Would definitely stay again.

The park is great but the management is horrible. It's like a high-school click. If management doesn't like you or your political views, they will take away your access to all activities and amenities. If you disagree with that they will evict you. It's not just me but at least 3 different units this month that I know about as well as others the last couple years

This has been a while (4 years to be precise on this actual rating), in recalling why this was a two star rating I recall that it was not a pleasant experience entering this facility. However, I have to say that after reviewing recent reviews I have found that others have rated this location much higher since. Occasionally everyone has an off day including those who work in every facet of an operation. The park is presentable and clean. I would suggest giving it a try. My original rating was based on how welcome we were made to feel. If we visit again I hope to see a difference. Glad to see others are happy.

We enjoyed staying at the Fig Tree for a month. Everyone was friendly & helpful. They now have all new roads through the entire park. The pool was nice & never crowded. Pool area could use some umbrellas or shade though. The only small issue we had was with the gate remote not working, but the gals in the office got us fixed up with a new one right away. The grounds are kept up & we walked every morning. We had a nice shady spot at Fig Tree during the hottest part of the summer & we’re very grateful.
