My husband and I were needing a place to stay that had electricity because the power was off at our home. I cannot say enough good things about this park. The staff here were so very helpful and friendly. I have never stayed anywhere in all our travels where the staff was kinder. The residents as well were friendly and helpful. The park is clean and although our lot was small it was the only one available and had not been used in several years. . I would recommend this park highly to everyone. They made a special effort to get us into the park and comfortable.. thank you to everyone at split railsuch a nice place, I see why it was almost full. Stay here if you can .

We stayed at Split Rail for a month and thoroughly enjoyed the resort. Very well kept, well stocked library and lots of activities. The heated pool was just that, heated. There was no cold water shock getting into the pool! Everyone was very friendly and we would highly recommend a stay here.

We’ve placed money on moving our RV to this park hopefully by next month. Excellent location and very peaceful place. We’ve already been using the pool and heated spa in the evenings. Once we move in I’ll update this with further information.

Great price and nice folks here. Sites are long but narrow. Some of the turns in the park can be difficult for large rigs. There are some nice amenities--I am especially pleased to see several community clothes lines when a lot of parks ban hanging laundry. The park is showing some age and some of the utilities and facilities need upgrading. Wifi didn't work for me in the park. It is also very close to a busy freeway so there is a lot of constant noise. Still, it's a convenient location to access and is near downtown Mission and the Butterfly Park. The reasonable price and friendly folks make the park worth a stay.
