Super friendly folks that look out for one another, reasonable pricing, walking distance to market, bakery, restaurants, banking, post office and general store. Pretty much all you could ask for in a retirement community!!!

Staff is SUPER, cleanest pool and spa in the Valley! Great place for a weekend in their Cabins, for the Season during Winter or Permanent Residents!!

Sites are too close together. Rates are expensive compared to where we were last year in AZ for what you get. The laundry and clubhouse are not air conditioned and it's hot in them both. Have not used the pool or hot tub yet. Hot tub is very small and would be lucky to get 2 people in it. They do have ice cream socials in Sundays which is nice. They have jam sessions occasionally. They have breakfasts and dinners too occasionally as well.

It's the friendliest community I've ever experienced. Everyone goes out of their way to learn your name and say hello. Everyone seems to know when you need a pick me up moment; cards and friendly reminders happen regularly. And management is a dream! Easy to talk to because humanly invested in the happiness of the park as a whole. GREAT place to visit. You'll feel welcomed here. I certainly did and do. ❤❤❤

Stayed there for a month until we bought a home. Very nice people and lots were reasonable. The hot tub is tiny and not hot!

Management was so nice, would stay there again if needed.

A nice little campground. We came in on Xmas at around 8pm. Sure enough, somebody came outside and greeted us and helped us find a spot. A pull through with a nice concrete slab for a patio. We were only staying the night, so we didn't need any other amenities. Electric box was in good order, surge protector showed the power was good, so no hassles. Did not hook up water as it was too cold to do.

Highly recommend for an overnight. Price was good.
