We are an all adult community where people come to play. Many activities, free golf course for paid guests, pool, spa arts and crafts.
We are located in the Rio Grand Valley of Texas, 60 minutes for the Gulf of Mexico. Many museums, birding, butterfly center, and restaurants nearby.

Coming from Pharr, TX going east on I-2/US. Take the Exit for Alamo Rd/Farm To Market Rd 907. Continue on W Expy 83/ E Frontage Rd to Alamo Rd. Turn left on to N Alamo Rd and go approximately 1 mile to 495. Turn right onto 495 and go about 1/2 mile to the park entrance on the left.
Lived here for 11 years now have loved every minute of it. So much to do. Great Activities, there's so many things too pick from to do. Bus trips to different places. Group activities are awesome as well as a single one is. There is an awesome pool, 2 hot tubs. Volleyball. Pool exercises women & men. Pickle Ball, Horses Shoes, bike riding as a group, Sunday Services, with coffee & cookies after service to visit & enjoy the morning. SATURDAY Night Dances & they are year round. Pool hall, wood shop, craft, sewing guild. We have as of this past year is a new sewing room. There is a Libary, a very nice kitchen also, have to gated areas & storage for the ones that come down for the winter months, when storing trailers, RV.'s. There are also plenty of apartments for ones that come short stays or for the Winter. We have park models, Large & Small Rv's, Mobile & Some are called in this area Winter Texans other places they are called SnowBirds. We are a Wilder R. V. Resort. Located in Alamo, Texas
only about 15 miles from Progresso USA side & Progresso Mexico side.

We always have a good time and feel welcomed. There are a variety of dancers but everyone is very respectful.
Hats off to the activity director who works hard to make it work 👏
Never stayed there but I have several friends that do. Manager will not let residents speak up at meetings and if they do they get written up.
They locked the dog park up which has no water for the dogs even if it were open. Dogs NEED water in this temperate zone.
No dogs allowed in rental units but manager has one.
No men outside without shirts yet manager rides around on golf cart shirtless.
Great dance hall. Super nice staff. We had a great time dancing with a of our friends this past New Year eve.
