UPDATE: The park has new owners and so far they are drastically better. They are cleaning, remodeling, and really doing a great job. Now have reasonable office hours and great response to needs!!!!
I stay here while my husband goes to school. Presently (Sept 2016) the showers are always filthy, the wash room has no ac (very hot to do laundry), grass is not cut regularly, trees are overgrown, pipes blow all the time so no water a couple days a month, no one is every in the office, mangers act like helping you is going out of their way. Needless to say counting down the days till school is over.
A great, family friendly park with countless amenities not found in other parks. Free laundry, fast WiFi, a pristine swimming pool are just a few that add to the value and charm of country estates. The owners are super friendly and ensure that your stay is perfect. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!
Very quaint and relaxing place to vamp or even live. The pool is sparkling sky-blue and the grounds/residents/campers were especially pleasing and followed rules as requested. There's a free laundry facility and extra shower area near the pool. Everything is ell-organized and clean.I will suggest this place to others to go camping or to live there & I most definitely will go back!! 5 dusts and would give them 10 if it was possible,
Fine for an overnight or two, about a mile off the hwy. Level spots. Offsite manager. Leave $30 fee in a box. Full hookups with sewer.
The road is like driving down an off road course. I could imagine if you live there for an extended amount of time the suspension on an older vehicle might wear quick. There were dead tree limbs all over. It would make for a great movie location for an abandoned RV park, maybe zombies would walk out around a corner. I would be nervous to park my truck over night.
