From jct FM 490 & US 77: Go 3/4 mi N on US 77, then 1/4 mi W on FM 3168.
I visited a friend there recently and I heard about the one-way traffic and then I see golf carts breaking the rule it has four wheels . It should also go with the flow of the cars just saying...!!

It's a nice place to live and very affordable for us, we live in a older model and own it. Built on a room for my son and no crazy rules to follow. MANAGEMENT IS GREAT, DIANE K. IS WONDERFUL, BUT SHE MEANS BUSINESS SO STAY ON HER GOOD SIDE & YOU WILL NEVER GO WRONG. VERY PEACEFULL HERE AS WELL!! THANKS, Wendy Dyson
Stayed here for 8 months and talked to the lady in the office TWO WEEKS in advance when I found out I was leaving and she said that I had to pay for a full month and that they would send me a check for a pro rated amount after I left. I have been trying to get my money from them for over a month now and they have told me that they will not refund my money after promising me that they would.
Completely UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECTFUL. DO NOT stay here, they will lie to you and keep money they OWE you. They do not care about you especially if you’re an “RVer” as the woman from corporate referred to us as. The women in the office lied to us and won’t help us. And the woman from corporate, Tishanna Newman, said she doesn’t have time for us. Save yourself the drama and losing on out money and stay literally anywhere else.
The people are very friendly and the price for lot rent is very reasonable.
04-31-2021. After being here for 10 years, we moved the park has been sold and it is not the same park. It used to be a 55 and over, and it is not now. Save your money and go farther into the valley.
