The park is located on the Westside of US Hwy 281 Service Road, at intersection with US Hwy 83 Expressway. From the North take Pharr South US Hwy 281 exit to Service Road. Go through the 1st stop light then go 1 block the park is located on the right. From West on US Hwy 83 Express take Pharr South US Hwy 281 exit. Turn left (North) at stop light, the go North to 1st U-turn then back South on US Hwy 281 Service Rd. The park is located on the right.
Dont buy here unless you want a Payton Place that blows your money! We keep changing mgmt but they fall into the same mold!
Not a resort. It is a place to live. I en joy the peace and getting out on the lake.

Perfect place for family time..... or fishing.... or relax.... or whatever you are looking for. I own a property here since 1998. We pay a monthly fee but it’s nothing compared to the benefits..... swimming pool, club house, condos, fishing place and boat ramp. It’s our family getaway ones a month. I love it.
