We are an overnight parking/camping spot in Austin Texas that caters to the CamperVan community. Vans, Conversions, Skoolies, box Trucks, etc... We offer 2 full bathrooms with showers and a laundry room. Small Rvs and tent campers are welcome however the sites only have a regular 20 amp electric outlet and a non potable water supply. Regular RV ACs electric supplies require more amperage.
From Hwy 290, turn onto Eitel lane and go about 100 yards. The property is on the right hand side.
Simple, clean bathrooms with hot water and showers. Didn't use the laundry room but it seemed in good shape. Host accommodated me on short notice for my stay. Great experience!
Very clean, feels like a lot of space. Easy access to park, bright rock makes it easy to see where you are going, even at night backing in. Close enough to 290 for it to be easy to find while being far enough from the road. Great spot to zip in and out of.
One of the best little stops near austin. Laundry, toilets/showers, and also safe area.
