This was our very first RV park experience as newbie RVers and although we're only stayed one night, we really enjoyed our stay. Online check-in was convenient and site assignment was quick. The sites are nice with all the hookups available. The grounds are nice and they have nice restrooms/showers, a fitness center, and a large fully equipped rec hall with pool table, shuffleboard, and foosball. Overall a great experience.

Very close to downtown. Could've just been our spot, but it was not very level, and our auto leveler couldn't level us. Hookups are very convenient. We only stayed one night so we didn't get to use all the amenities. There is a food truck park next to this place. Very convenient for food, but can be a little noisy if you're needing a good night's sleep. Really my biggest complaint was that the wifi here was very lackluster. Everything else was manageable and ok. We would stay here again.

Pros: Very close to town. Food truck park next door had amazing food. Easy after hours check in. Easy pull through.

Cons: no grass as seen in pictures. Stickers everywhere but you can’t put down an outside rug. Spaces are almost on top of each other.

I live here in Texas and yes, we’ve had a drought. But if your whole business is based on the surroundings, you do what you have to do to make them amazing.

We chose this park because it looked amazing in the pictures. But we won’t be back.

We stayed at Fredericksburg RV Park for the month of November 2023. The laundry facility is clean and reasonably priced, there is a nice workout room and rec hall with a full kitchen. The park is very clean and secure. Pet friendly RV park with strict leash policy, close to downtown Fredericksburg. The manager held our packages from amazon at the office which was convenient. We stayed in site 96 near the pond and a blue heron visited in the evenings.

The check in staff was a very friendly up beat lady. Very personable.

The spots were clean and the park was very quiet and well maintained. The only drawback I saw was there is an on at dusk light at each site where your hook ups are. I think it promotes a safe secure environment but it was very bright when trying to sleep. We put a folding chair bag over it when we went to bed and problem solved.

It was also very close to town and all the shops and restaurants. We had a good stay at about 1/4 the price of a hotel or B&B.

I would definitely stay here again.
