Our resort style RV park in College Station/Bryan offers great amenities including a pool, hot tub, sports courts, game room, fitness center, and a 150-inch theater screen to name a few. We also feature large spaces between lots, full hookups with 30/50 Amp service, lightning fast Wifi connections, a laundry room, and private bathrooms.

We rented a spot for the 2023 Football season. We left the RV there from August to December and stayed there for each home game. The staff is wonderful, polite, and attentive. The manager, Becky, is always aware of what's happening and who belongs there. We will definitely be back. We've already booked April for parents weekend.
We enjoyed our stay at Hardy’s! We appreciated how clean and well kept the park is! Our kids enjoyed the activities on the grounds available for kids. We stayed overnight for a high school game and if we ever have to come back to the area we will stay here again! Front office and staff are very friendly and helpful!! Thank you for a good experience at a nice place!!
My wife and I visited in a Class A motorhome towing a small truck. We were impressed with the layout and cleanliness of the park. Unique parking pads for the tow or towed venicle were furnished at the back-in site. We will stay there on our next visit to the Bryan/College Station area.
We rent an RV site monthly for the football season. The owners host a game day happy hour and social the night before each game. Lots of fun, and we get to meet and mingle with new people and return guests. The grounds and buildings are clean and well-kept. The multiple private bathrooms and laundry facilities are great. The recreational rooms with games and TVs, as well as the pickle ball court, are fun for all. There is a beautiful pool as well. Becky, the manager, runs a tight ship and knows who comes and goes, which enhances the security of the resort. Becky is friendly and welcoming and loves all the fur babies on site. We love this RV Resort and will definitely keep returning.
