Founded in 2022, The Hill Top at Brenham offers 39 acres of natural habitat to explore. The property boasts walking trails, 300-year-old oak trees, creeks, wildlife, and vast open skies; located on top of a hill with beautiful overlooks and Texas starry nights.
The Hill Top is just minutes north of Downtown Brenham and easily accessible from Hwy 290 and Hwy 36. You can visit Famous Round Top in 20 minutes, swing into College Station for an Aggie game in 45 minutes, and if you are craving the big city, Downtown Houston is only an hour away.

I was amazed by this place. It is not like your ordinary RV parks. It definitely deserves the title as a Resort. It’s a new and upcoming gem for the avid traveler that you won’t want to miss!!
I enjoyed walking my dog along the hilly road and taking in the beautiful scenery. I found two areas for your pets to run free. A small lake for fishing and a hidden treasure up the hill: a rather nice sized Clubhouse w/ big screen TVs, outdoor grills, indoor kitchen and a game area. This was located In a secluded area. For that private oasis feel. Other amenities include a Workout area at the front office along with a small store inside. Not to mention they have exciting things outdoors for the kids & adults. Like a life size chess & a nice swimming pool and hot tub.
If you don’t have an RV that’s ok, they have cabins fully furnished for your needs, just bring your clothes and food.
The staff are friendly and eager to assist.
It was hard to say goodbye when it was time to go it felt so much like home. (Unfortunately it’s under a new management now and staff so can’t speak for them)
Brenham has lots of nice parks and has such a small town vibe to it. I loved it!! You will too!! We went during the fall festival. I highly recommend this place!!!
Fantastic place! Mom’s weekend at the Round Top Antique show and the cottage at The Hill Top was the perfect place to stay. About a 25 minute drive to Round Top and five minutes from downtown Brenham. The cottage was super clean and a short walk to the main lodge. The main lodge has a great selection of games, small shop for goods and a coffee bar. We will definitely stay here for the next show!
I have stayed in the cabins twice this year and both experiences were beyond wonderful. This area is peaceful day and night. They have very cute, clean, spacious cabins. Diana is an absolute delight to work with. She has made the booking and check in/out process completely painless for both of my stays. She is very bubbly, sweet, and has a great sense of humor. The pool and hot tub area are kept very clean. They have an indoor workout and game area for families, as well as other amenities that I haven't explored yet, but absolutely will on my next visit! I will be returning for another stay within a month or two, and I cannot wait! If you want a peaceful, fun mini vacation solo, with the family, or significant other, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you stay here!
Fantastic Luxury RV park with great location just a short drive to downtown area where many events are held. You truly have many amenities right at the resort to enjoy though all of which are listed on their website. The two pickle ball courts are some of the nicest we’ve seen on our travels with the exception of them being lighted. The staff could not be more friendly or accommodating.
We had a wonderful stay at the Hill Top at Brenham. Wonderfully maintained RV resort with many amenities. The sites are concrete with full hook ups. We made good use of the pool and hot tub and the Hey Barn with games like darts, shuffleboard, and corn hole. The service was great and the staff is friendly. They even got us a picnic table when our site didn’t include one. I look forward to returning!
