This place is beautiful!! We went for the day to enjoy the pool and splash pad with the kids. Everything is brand new and so clean. The splash pad is one of the coolest ones I have ever seen with a really neat boat feature for little ones. This is truly a place for all ages. Price was great too for everything you get. Can't wait for them to open the amenity center and hoping they eventually add food options and a bar! Would also love to see shade coverings added to the playground later on down the line. And maybe cabins for rent too for those that don't have rv's/campers. But even as it is now this place is a true gem and I look forward to enjoying it with my kids for years to come.

Very nice, new RV park with all of the amenities.Huge pool, deck chairs, many cement pads, 2 dog parks, ponds, RV/boat storage. Very nice staff. Just a tad expensive. Tip, the first row of spaces next to FM will be noisy from passing traffic.

This “RV Resort” could be awesome, you can tell the owners really want this to be a nice place but they come up short. This is my second summer staying for a weekend and they have made some improvements but most RV’s live on site full time, so the vacation atmosphere is not here. My family got accused of taking the bedding out of the park model tiny home. When we stripped the bed and put the dirty sheets in the provided laundry basket. Employees are rude and lack common courtesy. Any interaction with these employees will leave a sour taste in your mouth. The place needs more work and employees need training on customer service. My family will not be returning and don’t appreciate be called thieves.

**Update**

Thank you for responding. Y’all provided a laundry basket and then accused us of taking bedding with out even looking for it. That is one small example of how your employees treat guests. There are many RV Resorts with decent people who would never accuse a customer of stealing without even checking.

This place is Amazing. Rv hook up 30/50 Amp. Small as well as Big Campers can fit.Tiny house rentals. .Nice little snack bar that don't charge a arm and a leg. Electric Handicap chair for pool area. Great Little Waterpark area. As well as an Adults only pool. Bar and if I'm not mistaken restaurant is under construction. I can't compliment this Hiden Blanco Gem of a Spot minutes away from Blanco State Park Marble Falls, San Antonio. Highly Recommend. Come give these folk some love they deserve it.
