We stayed in the mini bus at Mountain Breeze and it was so worth it! So adorable and fulfilled my fantasy of how it would be to live in a bus that was remodeled into a little home. Highly recommend!

A party campground during summer weekends. Off-season is a sublime peaceful place. Every campground has it's charm but this one has my heart.

Fun place to be but limited sleep! 😆

Quiet hours don’t start till 2am but they tell you that when you call. People bring huge speakers and blast music until that cutoff.

Tent campsites are close together but it’s obvious where the spaces are which is nice and they all have two electric outlets and come with a trashcan and recycling. The numbers don’t quite make sense so look at the site map and walk to it before you grab all your stuff!

You can’t park your car at the campsite and depending on where your site is you might have a little bit of a walk from where your car can go.

Tube service was awesome! The cooler float has a bag for recycling! I’d suggest bringing some sort of cover for the float as the black rubber gets hot quickly and maybe a paddle for the shallow spots!

River is slow right now it took us 7ish hours for a “5 hour float”

Heads up tent sites don’t have water and most of them did not have fire pits. Ask before you book!

We camped at site 10 and I was happy with how close the bathrooms were. There’s more than just the main bathhouse and seem well kept. The showers are small and for us there was no hot water.

I'm not picky, I had AC in the bus rental which was my main goal, but I do have a couple issues, the fridge was nasty inside and those bath houses need to active ventilation, as well as the grill there being cash only in 2023 and the ATM in the store having a 5 dollar fee. Other than that I had fun. note that your better off bringing your own bedding. Check the website for all fees. Showers are free though water pressure may vary.
