I want to start by saying I LOVE this park!!! We had a great spot but it was only a 30 amp & I reserved a 50. I sent an email to the host explaining our rig and the size and she assured me that we would fit in our space. Once we arrived we had to cut branches down to make it into the alternative slot bc we weren't going to fit into our initial space. It all worked out & the owner (?) went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. He even went into town to buy us a 30 amp converter. GREAT LOCATION, QUIET SETTING, super cute atmosphere. The hill in/out is steep and roads are narrow but other than that, we really enjoyed our pre-Thanksgiving stay. Park is very clean, set up was cute with a canopy, Adirondack chairs and a fire pit/bbq. If weather would have cooperated, it would have been perfect. Also, if you get the chance, Perdenales Falls is a must!!!

Clean with nice community gathering area. Nice bathhouse and well stocked community kitchen.

RV & Camp sites are pretty close together , which could be a problem if they are full and you are looking for solitude.

For RV's, I'd recommend site 9. Best sunset view and a bit more space.

Steep entrance could present a challenge in icy or wet weather. But we had no problem getting in and out with a 2 wheel drive truck pulling a 25' trailer.

Perfect location for hiking at Pedernales State Park

We had an awesome visit!!

Great area and awesome cabin. Stayed in the Big Cabin during new years. Plenty of seclusion and beautiful scenery to drive around or hike through. Major stores like HEB are no more than 15-20 mins away so its the best of both worlds. Also less than a hour from Austin so a day trip is very reasonable. Will definitely be back!

I absolutely love the Ranch! The atmosphere, the community kitchen, the bathhouse. Also I am obsessed with the view at the top of the entrance. The sky is panoramic over the canyon every sunset. Everything about it is quaint and idyllic, exactly what I would want in a getaway. Will definitely be back.

This place is nestled and hidden down in God's country. The staff are super friendly and helpful. There are showers, a washer/dryer, and kitchen for use. Each slot has seating and a fire pit. It is quiet and the stars are bright. Pedernales Falls and many watering holes/bars/breweries are minutes away. This place is thoughtfully designed. We'll be regulars for sure.
