It’s a really cool spot, but if you’re coming in the summer just don’t bother. These tents aren’t built with any type of ventilation in mind, so the temp inside our tent was about 10-15 degrees hotter than the outside. There is a tiny AC system but it does nothing. They couldn’t even run an extension cable from the powered camp store 20 feet away so residents can run a fan.

We really tried to make this work, including trying to use the hammocks, but we saw at nighttime it was covered in ants, so it was unusable.

Definitely not worth $200, maybe $50-100. I could’ve brought my own tent and I would’ve had something much cooler and more comfortable set up within an hour.

Yoki is super expensive and no services. Plus restaurants that charge alot for nothing. Go to Fredericksburg wine fields and culture. Here is nothing but rich ppl wanting to charge crazy prices.

This stay exceeded my expectations and the photos don’t do justice for how magical, beautiful, and peaceful it was to stay here on my birthday! Juniper was perfect for just myself and it was so dreamy! Thank you Cypress Valley for such an extraordinary, unforgettable, and lovely experience! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a getaway in beautiful Mother Nature!

My sister came from abroad and we stayed this place. It's a place where you can get a two-bed for almost $700 per night. We were so excited before we left. But the reality was different. When my 7-year-old son tried to open the bathtub door, the large glass door fell and almost caused serious injury. I checked the whole house before leaving, but unfortunately I left a cardigan behind. I tried calling several times and left a voicemail. But they did not pick up the phone and give it back. Then the male manager answered the phone and said we had left something behind and would send it to me by mail. Even after a month it didn't come. I called and left a message again more than 5 times, but I was unable to contact them. Then today I got a call and he said, “I searched last night and this morning, but it didn't show up. So, I asked him “you told me you had it. can you look for it again today and callme back tomorrow? Then they said they had already looked for it and it wasn't there.so “

If you expect any care or any respect from them for your stay, choose somewhere else. This is a dangerous structure for both children and adults, so we can be in danger, but there are no phone service , and also don't expect them to ever answer the phone. And If you leave something important behind, just think of it as throwing it in the trash.Very disappointed place. Ever.

This is one of the more unique events centers you will ever find. A former zipline location it has a up to date and clean event section for rooms and events, Like marriages family gatherings and business corporate events. Really big. The biggest wow factor is the nest which is a is series of tree houses All with comfortable amenities but crows nests, safe but rickety sounding bridges, A lot of stairs but a ton of fun for adults and kids. The reason I gave lower marks to Service is that it's all automated check in online. You never meet the staff outside of the ground's keeper who's trolling around in a golf cart, super guy and I'm sure if there was a problem they could fix it but you never meet the staff. We will be coming back, And telling others. It is a bit remote so pack in all your food, Liquor beer anything that you could possibly one without having to make a trip. The facility does have washing machines plumbing electricity. And as I said is very clean and well maintained.
