We absolutely loved Sunset Valley RV Resort. It is very well maintained and clean. The person who runs it is fabulous. The rates are very reasonable. The amenities are good. I would stay here again if I was back in the area.
I truly feel like this place is blessed. Chase is amazing. I can’t say enough good things about him. He puts his heart and soul into this park. The owners are wonderful people that we had the pleasure of meeting a couple months ago. My husband and I have met some of our very best friends out here and my children have met some wonderful friends as well within the resort! How refreshing to see children enjoy the outdoors like we used to do as children in this beautiful and safe family friendly community. We could move away but we choose to stay here because we love the simple and minimalistic RV lifestyle and haven’t been a part of a community like this before. We love the RV family we have built out here! Come and stay and experience it for yourself or a month or longer. You won’t regret it. 😊
The free laundry facility and ice have been the best perks ever!
There is no other place in canyon lake that will feel like a resort style home! The clubhouse has all of the amenities you can think of. There is onsite storage - a pool and the folks there are incredibly friendly. All of the staff is down to earth and always helpful!
The convenience of its location is the best as well! Secluded enough to feel private but just down the road from restaurants, thrift stores and more!
We are just leaving for the summer but we will be home soon!
Lived there for almost a year. Great park, great management and nice large shade trees.
Hated to move, but had to get closer to work.

Beautiful huge spots with lots of shade and very friendly staff! Sunsets and sunrises are also amazing! Nice pool and they are by the month only so you don't have to deal with the weekend party crowds!
