Soak it up in our heated 1800 sq. ft. pool with sparkling clear water and a relaxing shallow water tanning shelf, kick back in our modern 4800 sq. ft. clubhouse with private bathrooms, game room and big screen TVs or take your furry friend for a walk in one of our dog parks.
We are located off Ronald W Reagan Blvd just under 1/4 mile North of Highway 3405.

We stayed here for 4 nights over the Christmas holiday. The ladies at the front desk were welcoming and helpful. We were promptly escorted to our spot and the gentleman checked to make sure everything was satisfactory. We had a pull through site that accommodated our 40' 5th wheel & 4 door 1-ton truck with plenty of room to spare! The resort is newer, and is well thought out, from the beautiful and clean facilities, to laid out walking paths that allow you to cut through from the clubhouse to the laundry, and great Wi-Fi. We have been full timers for 3+ years and this is definitely on our top 10 list! It's conveniently located near our adult children and where we are building our retirement home, so I'm sure we will be back! I did have to pick up a couple piles of dog poop off the concrete when we arrived, and out of the grass a couple times, while walking our 2 small dogs because others can't seem to be responsible pet owners, but I'm all about helping keep a place cleaned up, especially when it's a park as nice as this!
Beautiful resort with great amenities! There were many options for entertaining the kids, from the pool and playground to the kids lounge, and we loved that it was a dog friendly place as well. The customer service was friendly and helpful, and the grounds were well kept. Though we only stayed for a weekend, I imagine this resort would be ideal for longer stays, as it offers everything needed: laundry facility, fitness facility, additional bath facilities if needed, and convenient location.

Fantastic campground with many amenities. There is a good sized pool, pickle ball court, great outdoor spaces with gas and charcoal grills. A nice fenced dog park and a playground for children. Very well maintained with daily trash pick up. Multiple shower and private baths. Laundry areas are clean and properly sized for the facility size. Very friendly and helpful staff. As we have family that recently moved to Leander we will be back many times.
We stopped here for few nights while visiting friends in the area. We are full-time RVers so we stay at a lot of parks and this is one of the better parks we've been in.
Check in is a breeze. It is easy to get in and out of sites. The whole park is paved and sites have cement pads.
They keep you well informed on weather warnings and also events going on in the park.
The grounds and amenities are well taken care of. There is a nice fitness room and laundry facilities are new and offer the option of paying by phone or with quarters. We didn't use the showers but we love the bathrooms/showers, they are individual rooms which are a lot more secure than a multi-shower facility.
Outside they have a nice pool area, kids playground, and pickle-ball courts.
The dog run areas are exceptional. They are huge and have grass. We never run into anything as nice as theirs.
I highly recommend staying in this park if you are in the area.
The only negative is we like a little more nature but for a city area this park is amazing.
We stayed here from December 18, 2023 to February 18, 2024. The staff were always very nice, helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Our site (all of the sites) were well maintained and in excellent condition. The laundry we used (#1) was always clean and the machines were always in good working order. Use the app from Speed Queen and you can see which machines are open, how long they have yet to run, and you pay through the app. Very convenient. The showers, community rooms were always clean and in good order. We plan on coming back perhaps yet this year, for sure next winter.
