Can't say enough good things about our experience here. The staff was awesome ... we were 3 inexperienced kayaker and asked for a guide which they provided free... they waived the normal day pass fee and discounted our kayak rental as we only planned on staying on the water for an hour or so. The only problem was one kayak didn't have a good back support but for the price it was an awesome deal and the staff bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. We will.be back!!!
This place was a great experience for my family and I, the people who ran things were very kind and accommodating. The glamping tent was definitely able to help with the summer heat and the grills that were provided were convenient. My son caught his first fish and his first toads here so if you're trying to make great memories this place is perfect. This is a campsite so there was and will be critters out and about, it's a part of being in nature. We will be reserving again in the fall when the weather is cooler.
We had a wonderful time on Memorial Day weekend for our group event at Rebecca Creek. Many in our group had "glamping" tents, other camping areas for tents and hammocks, and I had the "bunk house" which was very comfortable with air conditioning and big enough for two people if needed. Michelle the owner/manager was very accommodating and helpful for our group of about 150-200 attendees for the weekend. There was adequate power available for those of us that needed it. This is the first time our group has used Rebecca Creek for our event and I'm fairly confident we'll use them again in the future. (Although I don't speak on behalf of the group event organizer.) We were able to host our comedy show and a small concert of local area bands. Anyone at the campground was welcome to join.... Overall, it was a joyous time. There are laundry services available at the campground and also some items can be purchased at the main office if needed. There are a few gas stations and a Dollar General about 10 minutes away if you need food and other camping related items in case you forgot anything.
So I wasn’t able to actually make my stay, but the woman was so helpful that help me cancel my reservation! I can tell this place would have been amazing to stay at!
